JOB DUTIES: :

Writing robust, clean, and testable code. Design and implement microservices architectures using Java, optimizing for scalability and maintainability in cloud environments like AWS. Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces with ReactJs and Angular, ensuring seamless integration with Java backend services. Monitoring Applications in Productions and raise requirement for continuous improvement. Use tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana application consistency and high availability in Production. Create and manage RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, facilitating communication between frontend frameworks and microservices. Implement robust security protocols and practices across all layers of the stack, especially for data interactions on AWS. Deploy and maintain Java-based microservices on AWS, using tools like Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to unanticipated Client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/IS /Engineering (Any) /Business/Commerce or related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as IT Consultant/Developer /Analyst /Programmer /Engineer or closely related field. Employer also accepts A Bachelors degree(or foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science/IT/IS /Engineering (Any) /Business/Commerce earned through any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service plus Twelve (12) months of progressive work experience in related field.

EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:

Experience of Twelve (12) months working with Java and Spring is required. Travel and/or Relocation to unanticipated Client sites throughout USA is required.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Think Force 360’s Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage Think Force 360’s’ employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at Think Force 360’sLLC.

Eligibility

Current employees of Think Force 360 are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.

Incentives Offered

If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 180 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $1000. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.

Referral Procedure

Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly. Upon meeting the requirements the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate name.
